Absolutely. We’ll communicate directly with your venue, ensuring all technical and hospitality needs are arranged correctly and on time. We also do site checks and walkthroughs when necessary.

Yes. We create backstage or private areas with required furniture, snacks, beverages, signage, lighting, and more — all based on the hospitality rider. We ensure these spaces are ready before talent arrives.

If travel or transport is part of the rider, we can assist with airport pickups, hotel bookings, private transportation, and security coordination — especially for VIP or high-profile talent.

Ideally, we prefer to receive the rider at least 3–4 weeks before the event to allow time for review, sourcing, and planning. Shorter timelines may still be possible depending on availability and complexity.
